Booking Terms
These terms apply to booking requests for Jurassic Barks doggy day care, boarding and training support.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting the online form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes final only after Juanan checks availability and your dog’s care requirements, accepts the request and confirms any payment arrangement.
Prices
Doggy day care is £35 per day. Boarding is £45 per night. The boarding rate is £55 per night during Easter, bank holidays, August and Christmas, and the peak rate applies to the full booking. Training support is quoted individually.
Dog information and safety
You must provide accurate and complete information about vaccinations, medication, health, feeding and behaviour, and tell us promptly if anything changes. Jurassic Barks may decline or end care where information is incomplete or where this is reasonably necessary for the safety or welfare of any dog or person.
Payment
Payment in full, a deposit or another arrangement may be agreed after approval. Any payment link and due date will be provided with the booking confirmation.
Cancellation
- Day care: cancellation at least 24 hours before the service receives a 100% refund; at least 12 hours before receives a 50% refund; less than 12 hours before is charged in full.
- Boarding: cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival is charged at 50% of the full booking.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Care and emergencies
We provide reasonable, attentive care based on the information supplied. If urgent veterinary attention is reasonably required and you cannot be reached, you authorise us to seek appropriate care for your dog. The owner remains responsible for veterinary charges unless the law requires otherwise.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Otherwise, liability will be assessed under applicable UK law and the facts of the matter.
